should i sigh or should i be happy?

Hey peeps. So sorry for not updating my blog. I know that many of you have been to my blog and seem to see that it looks dead. Hahas. Anyways, so sorry cause i usually don't really get to use the com at home and also because my brother uses it more than i do for gaming purposes. Also, i guess i'm not really going to have a cable tv in my home. But we are still trying to get one soon and hope so. Aish... But, i sort of finished key's microphone. Just that i didn't tie the pink ribbon on it. I brought it to the sec 4 farewell.
The sec 4 farewell was okay but me, yy, shi bei and alethea walked from area C to area F cause we were directed the wrong way and we walked from NTUC. We were damn tired when we got there and we even carried a 6kg bag of charcoal on the way. When we got there, we saw some people illegally using our barbecue pit. Meaning that they didn't book but they used it. But anyways, we had quite a good time there. We gave a hamper from marks and spencer to the sec 4s. Good eh? Quite expensive le. Each of the sop 1 members had to fork out $4 for it.
But... I think i'm going to take up korean as my 3rd language. Yay! But it's not confirmed la. Only considering to take. My mother is trying to call up the language centres for the details. I found 2 language centres in the classified newspaper. They are namely the Cambridge Language Centre and the Lingo School. I think i would prefer the lingo school one cause they include basic, intermediate and advanced korean language. For the cambridge one, i'm not quite sure whether to go cause they didn't indicate whether they include the intermediate and advanced.
Although cambridge seems like a better choice, i think that the lingo school is better. But the thing is that the cambridge centre has many other branches unlike the lingo school. My mother says that for the lingo school, the venue is far from my home. So maybe considering the cambridge one. I'll try to persuade her to let me learn the lingo school one cause they offer a higher level of learning. For the lingo school one, the basic course is $220 and it includes the GST of $25. So the total cost would be $245. As the level gets higher, of course it gets more expensive. If i get to learn it, at least i can sort of understand what i'm singing when i listen to korean songs. Heh heh.
Well, i've got to go now. Later got choir and we have to memorise como tu and the jap song called itsuki i think. Is that how you spell it?Those 2 songs are going to kill sop 1 like mad cause of all the high notes. But, we will conquer it eh? Anyways, we got to perfect that song cause saturday is the SYF exchange concert and we got to give it our best. Drill all the way! Bye! :D

korean festival 2008 in singapore

Hey peeps. The korean festival 2008 in singapore was held from the 1st november to the 18th november 2008. There was a K-Pop concert held in the Singapore Indoor Stadium on the 4th November which is yesterday. Ying yun told me that alethea and yijie went for it. So good!!! The festival would still be on until the 18th but the K-Pop bands have already returned back to Korea today at 10 plus by Korean Air. Too bad i couldn't be there. Bye to you! :(
Even so, if DBSK or SHINee was there, i would definitely go for their concert la. Yijie told me that the SM company bands are not coming so i felt a little disappointed but it's alright. If they came, i'll use my money to get the ticket and if it's not enough, i'll use the money in my bank. For them, it's worth it to spend the money. Heh heh. I was not very disappointed when i couldn't for the K-Pop concert but still a little bit disappointed.
Well, my school's 55th anniversary is coming soon and lots of drilling is going to be done. There's going to be like super a lot of rehearsals that's coming up. Ahh... Anyways, got to work it. Went to watch HSM 3 with sheryl tan on monday, 3rd november. The movie was okay. It was not a bad movie but it wasn't good also. Okay okay only. At first i was supposed to go with the Sheryls (namely sheryl tan and sheryl tay) and soo min. In the end, sheryl tay and soo min went to watch with nicole and deborah. They were supposed to watch eagle eye with them but they changed their minds and decided to watch HSM 3.
Sheryl tan felt a little depressed cause they sort of pang seh her. I went with her and ya la. So so lor. I was happy during that outing cause i bought something that meant a lot to SHINee. It was the STYROFOAM BALL FOR KEY'S MICROPHONE!!! Yay, so happy. I bought 2 styrofoam balls cause if i bought only 1, it would be super big. I wanted just the right size and they only sold it in 2 so i just buy and it cost $3.99. At first i was a little sad to spent so much on it but looking on the bright side, i felt happy cause it's for SHINee! :)
I need just a pink ribbon and a stick that i not too thick but also not to thin. I've got aluminum foil for covering the styrofoam ball. Ying yun say that for the sec 4 farewell, we can bring any type of music we want. So you get what i mean eh? DBSK and SHINee!! Yay! Love it. Bye! :D

holidays are not always what you seem

Hey peeps. I'M GETTING A CABLE TV SOON! Yay. Then can watch korean channels like KBS World and Arirang TV. Yayay!!! Well, holidays have started and they don't always seem to go the way you think that they are. The thing that always trouble us is HOLIDAY HOMEWORK! It's quite irritating right? The moment you go to your e-mail to check, you see the holiday homework assignments waiting for you to complete them.
This post is gonna be quite short. I had quite a fun time lunching with rachel soh, warissara, shi bei, jerlene and sheryl tan. We had a whole lot of fun laughing and telling jokes to each other. It was like that last wednesday and thursday. On friday, ying yun joined us and we shared even more laughter and joy with each other. Hahas, i can't seem to forget rachel's sick jokes. She was like the sickest person i've ever met. Because of her, i got a bit influenced and became a bit sick.
Shi bei's bao jokes are the lamest of all. When she tells it, everyone laughs but it is not funny at all. Everyone laughed not because of the bao jokes are funny but because of something else. There was a notice outside school which indicated a lost dog. Then i think it rained or someone sprayed water on it or something, the dog's face was like ruined.
The last sentence of the notice must have said, "If you see any...of him, please call....." Then it looked like "if you see any of him". Then i said, "i got the tail". Guess what rachel said? "I got the XXX!" You get what i mean? Hahas. So sick right? Anyways, got to go now. I've got lots of holiday homework to do and i may not be able to blog so often. Bye! :D
