Random thoughts and choral exchange

Hahas, just had some random thoughts and pictures to share plus the choral exchange today.


Hee hee, i was emptying my 'letter box' filled with letters that people gave to me. I only kept those which meant a lot to me and had a 'significant impact' towards me. Hee, sounds so exaggerating... :S


Had some korean craze when i saw the korean apples that smelt super fresh and nice. I ate it once i got back from grocery shopping and the flesh of the apples was marvellous. Haha, then i went looking for korean instant noodles which i survived on if i had nothing better in the world to eat. Heh heh... :D

Wells, had choral exchange at nanyang girls' high today. It wasn't that bad but we could have done better. We push, in other words PIAH too much and that made the sound sounded awful. Hmm... I wouldn't really say awful, but hurting. We were sorted out into 7 positions. Look at the position we got:

1. Anderson Secondary
2. Nanyang Girls'
3. Hwa Chong
4. NJC
5. St. Nics
6. TKGS
7. ACS Independent

See that, well. Okay, it was bad but i'm sure there's room for improvement yea? Heh, we seriously have to learn to blend more with one another by staggering more often with every section surrounded around you... Jia you, TKG Choir! Let's give it our best and make miss lim, miss yin, the teachers, the school and most importantly, yourself PROUD!!! Keep that smile on your face, not that sulky face. I'm sure the conductors and teachers wouldn't want to see that eh? :DD

Anyways, after the exchange was the sn-tk sop 1 reunion pot luck picnic. There were 10 people from st nics and 8 people from tk. It was jerlene, wsara, yy, yan jie, vidhya, nadia, sarah chew and me. We were supposed to go to some botanical gardens place to have the meal but we ended up in some park. It was enjoyable and we spent about an hour plus looking at SWANS, which i called duck-goose at first. It reminded us of the song we sang just moments ago, the silver swan. Haha, yj, vidhya and i were busy chasing for the swan that went up on 'shore'. The swans were prefebly black in colour and we shaking their butts. Hee, so cute. Yy, yj and i were almost making a movie out of that movements the swans made as they came nearer to another swan.

Hee, then we went to macs for a drink. Oh yeah, we also took quite a number of shots during the picnic using amanda's camera. Yy and i had the STUFFING MARSHMALLOWS COMPETITION, again. (yj would call it mashed potatoes) Ha, i did that in class once when xae-rl challenged me and i managed to stuff 6. Now my record is still the same, 6. Ha, can anyone beat that? Hee hee... Anyways, jerlene,wsara and sarah chew left before we went macs. Yy, yj, vidhya, nadia and i were playing the CONTINUATION WORD GAME that was originally invented by yy and me. We had lots of fun with the sentences and having gas rush up to our noses due to the gassy drink we had. Ha, all the ah bengs, ah lians, ah gong, ah mahs, ah long, ah gao, ah peh came out in the sentence. Because, something and it were also the common words among the sentences. Then after macs, we bid farewell to the st. nics sop 1ners and took a bus to doby gaut before taking an mrt home. Yy and i laughed like crazy in the train cause we made a huge hoo haa over some songs in her mp3. Yan jie and her 'heartbreaker' song also made us laugh like crazy. Hee hee... Wells, gotta go so bye! I really can't wait for the cruise. See lah yan jie, make me so excited... :DD

CCA Leadership Camp

Leadership camp from 16th to 18th nov was fun... Seems like from my DOL, i'm an interactive person high in enthusiasm and serving others. Making new friends was great, at least i get to know more people from my current batch and some sec 2 juniors. Zai is super funny, she keeps making me laugh. Haha... And i helped ratana to pull out 1/2 of each side of her shoe yesterday cause it came out. Heh, my hand hurt a little but it was only for a while. Hee, when i went for choir today after the camp, ying yun thought i went for a food camp instead cause i had so many sweets and snacks in my bag. Haha, but i'm super tired and sleepy now. I just want to sleep... :S
